Oh.My.Goodness!!! I have MAJOR apricot envy right now!!! I wonder apricots can grow in the Adirondack Mountains...? And I wonder if my landlord would let me plant a few trees...? Oh how I wish for all of that yummy apricot goodness right now!

Such beautiful shots and YUMMY!! Tu for the sweet comment - I always love finding new enjoyable blogs and I've added you to my faves :)...I'm one of 7 - the eldest female - LOVE being a part of a big family...but now that I'm a mom myself I have even MORE respect for moms and dads...WOW! You're amazing! And my Mom always got/gets that too - people would look her up and down after she said she had 7 kids :)

So self sufficient of you! I am jealous. For me to can, I'd have to go out and buy the fruit - and there is no savings there. We did try to pick our own strawberries this year, but pickins was slim...

What a fun-looking activity. Everything is so colorful and delicious looking. I also love to see kids in the kitchen.

What a task. Enjoy!

Did you really do 136 pints? And I thought I was doing a lot. What did you make, just syrup or a combination? Are they all from your own trees? Don't you feel like a good ant storing up for the winter? I sure do. Full bottles are soooo satisfying.
